Use this page to schedule a free consultation, clarity support session, ongoing narrative or comprehensive support sessions, interview preparation sessions, or program and institutional consulting appointments. Summer intensives are handled separately by emailing wendy@clarfident.com for availability. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email will contain next steps and any materials to prepare in advance.

Payment is not collected through this booking tool. Billing is handled separately by invoice, as outlined below:

• Free 15-minute Fit Consultation:

  Complimentary. No payment is required. For students, families, or programs exploring whether there is a good fit for working together.

• Clarity Sessions:

  Invoiced after scheduling. Payment is due prior to the first session. The second session is scheduled after completion of the first so we can determine together the meeting cadence that best supports your goals and deadlines.

• Narrative Support and Comprehensive Support Packages:

  Billed at the package level. Full payment is due prior to the first session. Additional sessions are scheduled one at a time so we can determine together the meeting cadence that best supports your goals and deadlines.

• High-Stakes Interview Preparation Package:

  Invoiced at scheduling. Full payment is due prior to the first interview-prep session. The second session is scheduled after completion of the first so we can determine together the meeting cadence that best supports your goals and deadlines.

• Clarity to Confidence Summer Intensive (scheduled separately through consultation, not the online calendar):

• A 50% deposit is due two weeks prior to the start of the Intensive, with the remaining balance due prior to the first day of the program.

• Program and Institutional Consulting:

  Customized consulting engagements are scoped individually based on goals and scope of work. Meeting cadence and project updates are determined as part of the project proposal. Project fees are included in the proposal and are due at the start of work.
